Who We Are
Reclaim Land Services is owned and run by Rodney Creech, a fourth-generation farmer who holds a bachelor's degree in agronomy and has spent more than twenty years working the land around West Alexandria, Ohio. He started in the lawn health business, where he learned that healthy ground is what makes everything above it work, and then expanded into land clearing, stump grinding, bush hogging and site development.
That expansion became Site Development Group. As the work grew to cover topsoil, forestry, drainage and full site prep, the company took a name that says what it does: Reclaim Land Services & Top Soil. Same owner, same crew, same equipment, and the same habit of walking every property before quoting it.

Rodney's background shapes how the company works. A farmer looks at ground and sees what it can become; an agronomist knows what the soil needs to get there. Together that means clearing that protects topsoil, grading that drains, and plots and lawns that actually grow.
Rodney is on site for quotes and on most jobs. When he is not, the crew lead running the machine has the same standards.

Equipment and Approach
The fleet is built for rural and small-site work: tracked skid steers with a forestry mulcher head and other attachments, a dozer, soil processing equipment and a conveyor for producing blended topsoil, tractors with a seeder and rotary cutter, and a dump truck. Tracked machines keep ground pressure low so we can work in wet Ohio conditions without rutting your property.
Every job starts the same way, with a walk of the site and a conversation about what you want the land to do. From there we scope land clearing, grading, drainage, topsoil or whatever combination the property needs, and we do it with one crew.
