Topsoil Sales & Delivery
Topsoil delivery is the most requested service at Reclaim Land Services, and for good reason: good soil is the difference between a lawn that fills in and one that fights you for years. Our topsoil is processed and blended with organic material, processed through our own equipment, and stockpiled under roof so it stays loose and workable instead of turning into a wet, clumped mess after every rain.
There is no minimum. Homeowners pick up a scoop for raised beds and low spots; landscapers and builders take full dump truck loads for new lawns, finish grading and backfill. Pickup and delivery are both available around West Alexandria and the wider Dayton area. Call or email for current pricing.

A few inches of blended topsoil over graded ground gives seed or sod something to root into. Rodney's agronomy background means the blend is built for growing, not just filling.
Raised Beds and Gardens
Loose, organic-rich soil for vegetable beds, flower borders and around new plantings. Pick up as little as one scoop.
Grading Fill and Low Spots
Fill settled areas along foundations, sidewalks and drainage swales, then finish with topsoil, so grass comes back evenly.
Bulk Loads for Contractors
Dump truck quantities for builders and landscapers finishing lots, parks or commercial ground, delivered to the site or loaded at the yard.
Topsoil Delivery Around Dayton and Pickup at the Yard
Delivery covers the same area as our other services: the Dayton metro, Preble, Montgomery, Butler and Miami counties and out toward Richmond, Indiana. Tell us where the load should go, and we will place it as close to the work as the truck can safely get. If you have your own truck or trailer, pull into the yard in West Alexandria and we will load you.
Because we also do the grading and leveling, many customers have us spread and finish the soil in the same visit. If the project needs the old material hauled off first, our dump truck hauling crew takes care of that too.

Topsoil Questions
What is blended or processed topsoil?
Native topsoil processed to remove rocks, roots and clumps, then blended with organic material so it holds moisture and nutrients. It is not straight fill dirt.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One scoop at pickup is fine, and so is a string of full truckloads.
Do you deliver, or do I have to pick it up?
Both. Delivery is by dump truck across the Dayton area; pickup is at our yard in West Alexandria during business hours.
How much topsoil do I need?
Measure the area in square feet, multiply by the depth in feet, and divide by 27 for cubic yards. Our article on how much topsoil you need walks through the math with examples.
Can you spread it too?
Yes. We grade, spread and finish topsoil as part of lawn prep and site development work.
